Anybody planning on heading down to the oregon waterfowl festival? It will be my first time but I am stoked! Looks like there will be a lot of great vendors and seminars!

I am planning on it. I may be in 1 or 2 booths depending if I get a call back.

I have gone twice.  Not worth the drive for me.  If I lived local, probably not a bad deal.  It has typically been a very small show.  Maybe this year combining it with elk it might be a bit bigger.

I made it down due to a meeting I had.  I went to it on Sunday when it was about 100F out.  A real cooker.  A fair amount of vendors, not a lot of attendees.  Hopefully Saturday was a busier day for them.

I was down there saturday. Seemed like quite a few people there. Tried out a lot of great calls. Not as many deals or discounts on gear like I expected. Seemed like some vendors were very busy while others were slow. Some even packed up early. Lots of great calls and products on display though.

Anyone selling layout boats there?  There was an outfit called Mallard River there years ago that had an amazing layout boat, that looked more like a Barnegat Bay type boat than the marsh rat style.  Then they disappeared.  I really wanted one!

I don't remember seeing any. if anything there might have been a few that were just being sold by private sellers.
