Jet Divers
« on: August 16, 2017, 06:49:47 AM »
Wondering if you can run flashers and dodgers behind them. If so what leader lengths do you recommend. Haven't found much on youtube  :chuckle:  ;)
Hey! I'm not a complete idiot I have parts missing. Though sometimes I wonder.

Nope.  They will pull them up to the top.  I guess you could run one of the triangle shaped ones.  Best luck i have had is to run them about 20 pulls behind the boat, right out the back using just a lure

Could try this :

I run delta diver with shortbus flashers.  EPD, SA, Hallucinator.  12-30 pulls.

The shortbus, or other low drag triangle shaped flashers MIGHT work with one of the large jet divers. You're better off getting a couple Deep Sixes, or other weighted divers.

Well I played with the idea a little. Size 20 Jet diver w/ a mag lip 3.0. From 50, 75, and 100 set backs and trolling 1.5-2.0 mph. Couldn't keep it down. Will definitely have to go bigger with the divers Jumbo/delta or even dipsy to run mags or flashers. Worth a try thanks for the help fellas.

I run the smaller pro troll behind them every once in a while just to mix things up. It catches fish in the reach. 3' of leader to the flasher, 3' of leader to the brads bait. some days that smaller flasher is what they want.
