Only 2 defining forces sacrificed themselves for you:
The American Soldier and Jesus Christ. One died for your freedom, the other for your soul.

My rock,
He trains my hands for war and my fingers for battle.
Psalm 144.1

This must be old because Heritage hasn't taken in wild game for 5-6 years.

Is Heritage Meat's website also old? They have info on there regarding wild game processing.   :dunno:

I suspect it is quite incomplete.  I take mine to Golden Steer in Bellevue.

I'll have to call Tracy.  The last I heard was my daughter's buck from several years ago was the last one he did and hadn't done any for a while before that since becoming a USDA shop.  He didn't have enough room to keep wild game and domestic separated.  Heritage has gone through a bunch of ownership changes over the past few years so he might be back doing wild game.  He has been my beef butcher for over 20 years but haven't taken anything to him in several.

home meat service in Kamilch by Shelton does a great job on game. Like all butchers they are pretty busy and they are very picky about the condition of your game when it comes in. They charge .95 cents per pound to cut and wrap
