I know of at least 20 bucks that were taken in Vail today.

I had to leave for work at 1am tuesday night. I saw a 2point following a doe right down the shoulder of hwy 2 in dowtown Sultan. The funny part was that they walked right by bubbas tavern, and there was 2 dudes standing outside the door smoking.   :chuckle:
You should have went down to the Loggers tavern and seen if there were any bucks there. Everyone knows they are larger deer down there.

Had a buck chasing a doe on my security cam yesterday.  Still some activity around Snohomish.

No branched-antlered bucks on camera since 11/14, and only a spike and small doe caught on camera...and neither of them during daylight hours.

3 does and a lone spike today.  *censored* a small buck last night all by himself.  Been such a bad yr up here I just decided to fill my tag.  Pretty sad yr.

... Meanwhile in West Linn three bucks working hard for a doe. Stud 2x2 ran off the others by the end of the day. Hard to focus on work when the rut comes right to you after not seeing a buck all season near home.

Yes, there's a lot more BIG deer at the loggers, and a lot easier filling your tag down there. Usually out in the open all day.....

I gotta ask. Those big does at the Loggers. At what point do they become cows?

Caught a cruising big bodied buck crossing the road coming out of a cut this afternoon (back at home).  Took so long to get parked, loaded and after him that he was long gone.
Lost my wallet somewhere in my travels today.  No deer tags, no drivers licence, no cash, no debit, no credit.......    :bash:

More night time activity around here, haven't seen much during the day, though I did see a buck with two does just before dark yesterday.
