I put in for a point most years. I think I have 6 points now. Thinking of continuing with the point option for now. Might save up my points for another 10 years or so and then try to draw, after I'm retired (hopefully.) I just don't see myself having the time right now to dedicate to a $180 resident elk tag.

Still tagged out...I hunted the first 7 days of the rifle season (westside) and did NOT tag out. So, you're either a better hunter than me, or have a better spot, or probably both. I can save $180 and get the same results. LOL
