Next family adventure is to the Moses Lake sand dunes. We will be traveling on 90 from Bothell. Any intel on wether morels are popping along our route i.e.; Cle Elum,  Eburg, Vantage etc? Any elevation recommendations? Thanks  Wt

Thanks jennabug, we didn't  find any mushrooms or asparagus but my 9 year old and I did some serious rock skipping on the Columbia.

Anyone have any luck finding any morels on the dry side this weekend? Thinking about heading over the mountains the next weekend or two..

Please stop coming inside my park.  I am busy with groups, which means,I have to ask you to leave. :bash:  and yes the young men today had found a few lovely morels when I chatted with them.  Fyi state parks harvest rules are different please read them before foraging.

Thanks  badhabit. Any pms..... I'm  nice.  So I take the radio silence means the mushrooms are in.  Maybe just an elevation report?

been finding them around the 2000-2400 range in the central part of the state. Looks like they are really starting to pop in the area I go.

Thanks for the elevation reports. My son and I didnt have alot of time (two hours on the ground) and didn't find anything. We where 2000ft in one area an 3700 at another. No luck for us, but we are new,  and two hours isn't much time. Central wa off I90.
