Bass Boat Carpet

I have a 2001 Bass tracker. 17' long and about 6' wide. I want to get it re-carpeted OR some other flooring surface. It just needs it. Can anyone recommend anyplace in the west side? I live in Yelm.

I did it myself on a 15’ boat a few years ago with marine vinyl. Old boat had carpet which I removed myself and the whole process wa surprisingly easy. Lots of places online for vinyl and adhesive. Only cost a few hundred.

  Pretty much done the same with my own boat, also re-carpeted the trailer bunks. Shop around at West Marine, Cabelas, even Sportco might have some material to use.

I redid my old boat with indoor/outdoor carpet I got at home depot several years ago. All the doors, everything. Held up well for about 5 yr's. Then I had a few shoulder surgery's and didn't look at it for a couple of years. Went to uncover it and realized the cover had torn at a seam. Everything interior is now junk, seats and carpet.
This go around I am going to strip it all off and paint with Zolatone. Its a textured paint found at auto-body supply houses. Comes in different colors. I used this stuff on my aluminum duck boat and it has lasted very well. Cheaper and easier than redoing all the carpet.

the indoor outdoor carpet marine grade  at lowes is much better,the rubber on the bottom side is much thicker.i did my bass boat 3 years ago and it turned out awesome.floor and all lids.  do not put to much glue down,let glue (liquid nails) set up for a little while on the lids before putting carpet on.

Thank you all. I'm still working out what I will do. I don't have a covered area to work. But, I may go that route.

Bass Pro and Cabelas sells many different styles of marine carpet and adhesives.  I need to re-carpet my Skeeter next summer.  I bought carpet to redo the trailer bunks at that carpet place in Lacey by Paulson's.  I think they have or can get regular marine deck carpet as well.  I did my old bass boat and it was pretty simple.  Yank out the old carpet, scrape up the adhesive then take heavy paper to make a template. The decks are easy, the rod lockers and storage are a pain in the butt.

I did my lockers buy cutting carpet over size by 4 inches all the wat around,clue the top side to carpet put cinder block on over night.next day i put wood glue on the remaining part of the lid folded carpet over the edges an clamped with 1/2 pieces of wood on both sides all the way around let it set over night,took clamps off trimmed excess then drilled screw holes.put hinges on looked factory.very simple imo.

Luckily my lockers are in pristine shape.  All I have to do is decks, lids and trailer bunks.  I wish I had thought of the cinder block idea.  It was 25 years ago when I re-carpeted with the old red/black grass style carpet.   That stuff sure knew how to find and hold a hook.
