1996 I drew with 1 point and in 2005 I drew with 9 points.

Stupid question, why are their two columns?

One is applications (2 people have 8 and 10 pts. application add divide by 2 application has 9 pts) one application has the other is individual people.

Applications, and Applicants. There can be multiple applicants on one application (group).

Quality bull, not any antlered bull permit?  I drew Goose Prairie any antlered bull with eleven points.
