I have 6 racks of ribs rubbed down and resting overnight to go on the Traeger tomorrow. :EAT: :brew:  Happy fathers day to all the dads out there.

Gonna grille up some slamming salmon and buffalo, while eating mt goat & elk fire sticks and drinking some awesome Irish Death to cool the tongue. :drool:

Huli Huli chicken and bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers will be going on the Traeger. I was going tho do ribs also but my sister beat me to it. They plan to do the ribs in the oven though so I may go steal them in the morning and put them on the Traeger also.
