I’ve had a prime rib sitting in the fridge for about five days now. Tomorrow is going to be awesome.

Huli Huli chicken and bacon wrapped jalapeno poppers will be going on the Traeger. I was going tho do ribs also but my sister beat me to it. They plan to do the ribs in the oven though so I may go steal them in the morning and put them on the Traeger also.
