And that's how it's done! With a diesel engine calling him home!
I was the first time in my life the wind was blowing so hard it sounded like a diesel!!! Hours and hours behind the glass and it ends like this lol.
Remember that buck is climbing that Mt. every day!

Isnt that how it works. Hours of glassing, miles of hiking and find a good buck 130 yards from the road. haha

Awesome.

Definitely how it goes sometimes. We're all due a road buck at some point in our careers. Mine hasn't come yet. Good job capitalizing on the opportunity and great buck!

Great buck, congrats on your hunt.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

Boom flop!  My favorite end to a hunt!  Congrats!
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.

I have received a lot of support on this hunt way more than i could have ever anticipated from friends to family to the family here on this forum and i want to thank each and every person that helped me get ready and be successful. I want to extend that out if there is any way i can help someone else let me know.
