If I'm in town next time you've got an order going out I am in for a box of coho!  Missed my Alaska trip this year and my freezer is looking pretty lonely.

Going to discuss splitting an 80# box with my father. I hope you do this again!

Skillet..............................I commend you on your fish cleaning and care.
The best fish are cared for as you are.

Nice work.

The coho is great. Chris was great to work with and the fish was exactly as advertised... fresh and clean and delicious.

Hey question for you guys who do this more often - can you just fillet them and vacuum seal them?

Could.
Watch out for the pokey bones after filleting as they will pop your bag in the freezer and ruin your seal.

Add me to the list...
To hunt and butcher an animal is to recognize that meat is not some abstract form of protein that springs into existence tightly wrapped in cellophane and styrofoam.

Aren’t you in Bonney Lake?  We could probably split one.  I’m in Enumclaw
