Powered Game Carts?

Just checking to see if anyone here has any experience with an electric powered game cart.  My son's buck has me looking for a better way of getting game out of deep holes in gated areas.

Between birthdays and knees, I'm getting to the point where I just can't toss on the backpack and head out for a weekend like I used to. Dang gravity seems to be increasing every year, along with thinner air!

It literally depends on each agency. There is no statewide or federal law/rule. So it is up to each agency (and in the case of private lands each landowner) to decide in their regulations.

Here is the pertinent definition for DNR lands (note it is diferent for WDFW lands): "Motor vehicle or motorized vehicle" means any device that is moved or propelled by an internal combustion engine or electrically powered motor. It shall include, but not be limited to automobiles, trucks, motorcycles, all-terrain vehicles, motor bikes, motor-scooters and off-road vehicles, whether or not they can be licensed to operate on public roads. The term does not include vessels or personal mobility assistive devices, such as wheelchairs.

I asked a WDFW guy the question about electric decoy carts for goose hunting. He told me that motorized is motorized, doesn't matter if gas or electric.

I have a receiver hitch on my bicycle that I hook my Cabelas game cart behind. It can be a push up hill but if you hunt up hill pretty easy coming out,

I know a couple oldtimers in upper 70s that bring elk out whole with a honda capstan winch and 150 ft of rope.  Im talking miles not yards.  They have it on a backboard only weighs about 20#.   Mite take all day but they say its the best day of the hunt pulling a trophy out whole to camp and everyone thinks the old guys got lucky off the road.

I made one with 27” wheels, ten speed forks and 10’ aluminum handles. I haul a 10’ Jon boat, 6 dozen decoys, blind, guns and ammo to the spot. Get creative with it tall skinny wheels and the right fulcrum makes life better.
