He's getting in all sorts of trouble today.   Caribou slip very easy from what I understand, as compared to alot of the other critters (elk, deer).

He's getting in all sorts of trouble today.   Caribou slip very easy from what I understand, as compared to alot of the other critters (elk, deer). 

So do antelope, thats why I wasnt taking a chance. I have had customers bring in deer that were 10 days old and stunk that made it through the stop rot (stop slip) solution. I did have 1 muley slip in the throat though and it went through the stop slip. It was frozen when they brought it in but the esophogus residue had leaked and puddled in the cape hich in turn will promote bacterial growth pretty quick. Slipped right in the throat patch  :bash: I hate frozen capes for that reason. Need to plug the thoroat so it doesnt drain onto the cape.

That cape does look huge.   :yike:Cant wait to see it finnished .  Might have to buy a bigger trailer to haul it.  U going to give us a idea what kind of mount you are going to do or just leave us hangin :dunno:   Come on man give us something to look foward to its a long time until hunting season :bash:

Probably the next batch or so Mark. It wa quite a ways down the number line. They are tanning most everything in orderish.
