Late whitetail help

The wife and I are looking to go whitetail hunting this weekend to try and fill her tag and get some meat in the freezer. We are based out of Wenatchee and wanting to go up north around colville area somewhere. Just don't really know where to start. Never been after whitetail before, just mulies and blacktail.
