rifle rut and raffle tag holders, where are you?

It's been a busy season but am I missing some big special permit tags this year?  Rifle rut teanaway, colockum, raffle tags or other better draws?  Need to see some big bulls!

Saw a glimpse of the Western WA Incentive tag Bull. Would love to see some more pics of it. Looks like a stud bull from what I saw.

I haven’t seen many big rut tag or incentive bulls either. From what I’ve heard the west side gov tag filled with a big bull, east side gov tag same, south central raffle same, south east raffle still hunting, west raffle not sure, east raffle not sure.
