He is doing his Dustin Hoffman impression again.
Relocation of an additional 52 antelope has taken place. Monday there were 24 released and Tuesday we released an additional 28. Thanks again to the efforts of the Yakama Nation all of their volunteers they sent down, Seattle Puget Sound Chapter of SCI and Shikars $$$ and volunteers, we have completed what we hope to be a successful effort. We have planned a survey to take place on and off the rez in approximately two week to attempt to get another count on what we have. The additional collars we put out hopefully help out.We also owe a great thanks to Nevada Department of Wildlife also on this project as it would not have happened with out them. They have been great to work with and we at SCI have additional plans to help them out on some of their projects.Hopefully some of you come to our banquet on Feb 23, in Lynnwood to help us raise money for these projects. If nothing else you can watch the protesters show up attempting to get us boycotted. Amazing what those AR's don't realize... what us wildlife organizations can and do accomplish.
