if you have drawn elk every other year then you have luck on your side. To see the apps versus permits you see why people are building points every year.

Didnt buy them this year.  I made the mental choice that this is going to be a horrible year in the woods and decided to cut funding to the WDFW.

Bone addict must have been the only hold out I see they sold over 16,000 multi season permits up 33% from last year and they are already $650,000 ahead on hunting license sales compared to last year as well looking like an all time high

There are also a bunch of fee increases that went through this year, so if revenue is up 15%, it is basically flat from last year.

It is the crazy thing about hunting, no matter how bad it gets, people still want to do it and send the money in.

There haven’t been any fee increases implemented.
