I have shot THOUSANDS of rounds out of a lot of different muzzle loaders over the last 20 plus years, and my personal preference is still knight rifles.

Wow thousands of rounds. :tup:That’s a lot of rangetime behind a muzzy. I’ve been muzzle loading close to 20 years and can honestly say I’ve probably put 5-600 down range.
Well that's good you haven't had any issues with yours. Lots and lots of people had issues with theirs. This was an even my rifle. I could care less if it worked or not. But I absolutely know how to maintain a rifle and this thing was brand new out of the Box. It 100% has factory malfunctions and CVA is dealing with it accordingly. 5000 rounds is pretty amazing. How many pounds of powder is that?
But muzzleloader powder is by volume, smokeless by weight.
JakeLand what bullet are you shooting in your CVA? I am using the Barnes TEZ and they are very hard to get down the barrel.
