21 years and i finaly got it

I'm so jacked right now. I GOT THE COLOCKUM SEPT HUNT. will take any suggestions. Unfortunately I also got a westbar cow tag, will be loosing 21 years on the cow hunt but getting the Colockum makes it ok.

Page 12 of the regulations... "If you were selected for a special permit in error or if you are not able to participate in the hunt due to illness or deployment, you can contact the Wildlife Program at (360) 902-2515 to request having your points restored."

I would consider you being drawn for the cow tag being and "error". Seams like it would be too smart to have an "=if(" statement in their algorithm for drawing. I don't know but maybe its worth a shot to see if they would re-instate the points on your cow tag...
