RIP WaCenturion
« on: August 05, 2019, 09:11:49 AM »
Sorry to have to report that our forum member WaCenturion passed away peacefully on 7/14/19.

I'm told by one of his close friends it's hard to put into words what he did for hunters and wildlife during his career with the WDFW.

He was a respected member of our forum community and I figured some of you folks might like to know.

RIP WaCenturion.

" In today's instant gratification society, more and more pressure revolves around success and the measurement of one's prowess as a hunter by inches on a score chart or field photos produced on social media. Don't fall into the trap. Hunting is-and always will be- about the hunt, the adventure, the views, and time spent with close friends and family. " Ryan Hatfield

He contributed a lot of value to the forum and will be missed.

My thoughts and prayers are with his family.

A very good sportsman's advocate
As long as we have the habitat, we can argue forever about who gets to kill what and when.  No habitat = no game.

Damn, he was a great advocate!
