2020 Modern Rifle Elk wetside season?

 I've gotta pick my vacation for next year tonight. Any best guesses if this season will open on 10/31/20 or 11/07/20?

Should be the 7th. Always the 1st Saturday of November.

Not official, but this document is saying Nov 7 for west side rifle elk season.
