beef jerky recipie

not trying to jack a thread as far as Kracker's jerky recipe but I found this on YouTube and it is really good.  Check out Cowboy Kent Rollins Jerky and you can do it in the oven.  Marinade it overnight and cook it for about 3 hours.  Recipe is for 2 lbs of meat and I find the sliced Carne Asada at Winco works great and it runs about $4/lb.  I've used just a smidge more of each ingredient than stated but you can adjust it how you want.  Turns out great.  Easy peasy oven recipe...no smoker required
