The assault weapons ban may fall flat on its face. There is a group in California challenging it based on the heller decision and Scalia's opinion on not being able to ban a weapon that is "in common use at the time." AR-15 is in common use being that it the most commonly use semi auto in the country.

Unconstitutional laws have been passed and enforced for years. The 2nd means nothing to these people. No one wants to sit in jail while things are hashed out. Consequences for passing unconstitutional laws need to be passed as to stop these freedom hating leftist's.

Ag and governor are so worried about safety of people why are they  not mandated one police resource officer for every school in Washington state? With the amount of money they will try to push this if it doesn’t pass the house and senate they will  try to put it on an initiative and that cost millions in advertisement. First step of taking away more guns, next will be pistols and semi auto shotguns. Socialism government at its best.

I don't know Patty but I vote against Strom in every election.  I wish others would as well.
