I'm starting to think this trigger kit idea could become very expensive.  Not so much because the kit itself costs much, but it could change my mind about how I feel toward Glocks in general and I'll end up buying a few.  :yike:
It wont . I never liked Glocks , brother bought a couple , I shot them , still didnt like them . Only reason I have my 19 is because I wanted to build a Gucci Glock . Found a Gen 4  for cheap and am using that frame for the build .

Nope, it certainly won't!  Still hate friggen Glock triggers.

Spent all day cleaning my gun room, yeah it was that bad, and installed the new parts.  Lowered the trigger pull about 1 1/4 lbs so instead of being 6 lbs it's now right around 4 3/4 lbs.  I even polished the he11 out of the entire trigger bar, plunger, connector, and the back end of the firing pin to the point they all look chromed.  Everything except the firing pin was a new part from Apex but I polished them to a chrome finish anyway.  I never really had a big issue with how heavy the trigger was but I was hoping to eliminate A LOT of that longggggg azz pull.  It definitely helped shorten the length a pull a little, but nothing like I was hoping for.

So you were right, it's HIGHLY doubtful I'll be acquiring any new Glocks.
Sorry to hear that . At least you  know . Look  on the bright side , You won't be buying anymore Glocks so think of the money you will save  :chuckle:

Pew Pew Tactical has a good write-up about polishing, and good available Glock triggers.

I like that sight.  I ran across it looking for AR sling recommendations.

I ordered a spring kit from ZEV so we'll see if that helps much.  If that doesn't get me were I want I saw a Youtube video Johnny Glocks did that is supposed to shorten the pull quite a bit.  I'll give that a go after the ZEV spring kit.  If that doesn't do it, at least I can say I tried and I'll just stick to my Sigs.

Alchase's link above mentioned possibility of light primer strikes with Zev spring kit, unless using their aftermarket lightened striker.  YMMV.

I've read that as well.  The one thing I do really like about Glocks is how super simple they are to work on so if it's a problem, swapping back to the factory spring is easy peasy.

The Johnny Glock trick sounds like it may do the most for shortening the excessive amount of pull, but I want to order a couple spare trigger housings from Glock before I give that little trick a go.

They are an easy gun to work on . Within an hour of picking up my 19 it was totally stripped to a pile of parts . Makes you wonder what " Certified Glock Armour's " pay to learn  :dunno:  :chuckle:

Installed the $12 ZEV Competition Spring Kit today and though I wouldn't mind having even a little less pretravel, the trigger is now at a point I can live with, or at the least, stop bitching about it.  Trigger is now at 3.2-3.5 lbs with a fair bit less amount of pretravel.

Hopefully, the reduced power firing pin spring doesn't cause me any issues with light strikes.  The cheapest 9mm ammo I shoot is CCI Blazer Brass so I'm hoping it won't be an issue.  Worst case scenario, I have to put the factory firing pin spring back in.
