Also I should point out the only deadline you missed is for the multiple season deer and elk special permits. Not a real big deal. I didn't apply for either one.

Living here since 2017 doesn't make you qualify for resident prices. If you've had a WA DL for less than the required amount of time for WDFW residency purposes, then you're still a non-resident in that regard. If you do meet all requirements to purchase at resident prices, then just as it was said earlier, you'll need to get to a dealer for your initial purchase. The same thing happened to me a few years ago and I had to do the same for my fiance a couple years ago. Get yourself to a Fred Meyer or whatever that is open and get your tags and apps in.
