no further non-res sales, hunters who already have tags and licenses can hunt

https://hunting-washington.com/smf/index.php/topic,248146.msg3339684.html#msg3339684

But my understanding is that you can still buy a non res license and deer and elk tags...you just can't buy a tag for something currently open or about to be open.? Am I wrong.

I don't think you can buy the hunting license itself.

You can,  just not the combo and 3 yr combo.
Just tend your own and live.

:bdid: I think this is correct, it's not on the list and you couldn't apply in the draws if you don't buy a hunt license.

That’s because they are allowing purchase of general hunting license, 3 yr hunting license, deer & elk tags and controlled hunt applications. It’s already taken effect, go try to buy a bear or turkey tag right now.

3 year combination yes, because it would allow fishing which they don’t want people coming here to do right now
