The special permits tab is not showing on my account. This happened last year while they updated the draw I believe but I can't remember how many days it was down for? Is it already happening??

Next week is when you start getting close, the following week even more likely.  I think the fastest it has been turned around is about 3 weeks. This thursday only marks 2 weeks.

Yeah it really depends on number of applications. They review every single application submitted to make sure it is correct :o. I would guess numbers are down but that’s just  cause I personally know people who said they are done donating to this state🤷🏻‍♂️

It's usually right at 3 weeks for the special permits but last year it was 4 weeks. Multi season and spring bear are usually right at 2 weeks.

I'm betting they are up.  Every state in the west has seen a jump in apps...even states that had apps due during some real craziness and uncertainty with covid.   :dunno:

A bunch of people got checks from the government, both the $1200/500 as well as the extra $600 a month plus normal unemployment.  They had cash and were home thinking about what to do when we get back to normal.  That seems like a scenario for hunting and fishing plans to get made.  In state apps are much less expensive than out of state, so it seems plausible to me more people are playing in more categories.
