"When my bow falls, so shall the world. When me heart ceases to pump blood to my body, it will all come crashing down. As a hunter, we are bound by duty, nay, bound by our very soul to this world. When a hunter dies we feel it, we sense it, and the world trembles with sorrow. When I die, so shall the world, from the shock of loosing such a great part of ones soul." Ezekiel, Okeanos Hunter

Liver, Deer, Elk, Cow's, but that's about it. Kidney no. Heart no but I guess if prepared differently I might try again but the time I did it was bitter.
Pickled Pigs feet no, Tripe oh hell to the no... Brains no.
But yeah I like Deer Live and Elk Liver, one of the first things I eat after a kill.

Chopped, the show on food network had a contest with them a while back. Not sure if I could stomach that or not. I guess they have some kind of a lining or whatever it is I am not able to think of right now that you got to get rid of???
I know I like Chicken gizzards though, so rolled in flour and deep fryed if similar maybe...
There is a bar in town that has or had CHicken GIzzards and as a kid that was a main road staple, as in something to munch on, like Jo-Joe's while driving.

Heck yeah, when I was a kid down in South Alabama, my dad and I used to stop by one of them old-timey gas stations that served chicken gizzards. Used to get a big old box of them and just dip in ketchup while driving around. Those were some good days.

Steve Rinella did antelope nuts on Meateater.  He called them Hot Buttered Buck Nuts.  Looked pretty good so we tried it with Little Pathfinder's buck last year.  Didn't turn out too bad.  Basically sauteed them in butter and added Louisiana Hot Sauce just before they came out of the pan.

Shot a boar bear during elk hunt. Cut the nuts out and put them aside. Couldn’t talk the hunting partners into trying to eat them! The whiskey jacks gottem instead. Anyone ever read a clinical explanation on what nuts are? Whew, they lawd I’ve got a strong stomach but after reading that I’m gonna wait and have some prepared by someone that knows what they’re doing.

I know i said pics or it didn't happen but i have changed my mind, we need a video of you eating them.
To hunt and butcher an animal is to recognize that meat is not some abstract form of protein that springs into existence tightly wrapped in cellophane and styrofoam.
