Just salt and pepper. Get a pan good and hot with olive oil, 1 minute on each side (IIRC). That's it. And like with most other meat, leave out at room temp for at least 30 minutes.

Don’t you dare come to Enumclaw and not let me put a face to a name Dan-o!  In all seriousness, I could always grab your order and bring it to my work in Auburn the following Monday if you want.

You ever pull off that nut job Devin??

Thanks Curtis.

I selected Enumclaw......   if I can't make it I'd love for you to gab my order and we can meet up.

Oh no way man.  We gotta meet up.  I owe you a fist bump, or elbow tap, or leg hump... whatever you guys are doing down there now  :chuckle:

I plan to see you there, boss.
Just good to know  Curtis has my back, in case I cant.

Just placed my first order.  Looking forward to some good eating this winter!

If anyone in north puget wants to split a box of black cod, shoot me a PM.  I can pick it up and store it frozen and meet you anytime between Everett and Mt Vernon, I just don't need a full box now.

Wasn't much of a recipe, just something I tried and worked well. It's been a while though, too long.

How about I facilitate this?  If anyone anywhere wants to split it with Stein, let's make it happen.  I'll deliver the other half.
