2021 sheds.... Post them here.
« on: January 05, 2021, 01:37:50 PM »
Figured I better get this going.  I did find an old chalky two point muley shed this weekend but left it at my cabin without taking a pic.  Still a little early for the brown gold to be hitting the ground hard but it is starting.  I have seen a few unicorn spike deer and one small raghorn bull packing just one side.  That really seems early.

Good luck to you guys and gals and please hold off on the hard shed hunting until spring.  I'll come back and post a pic of the one I stumbled on while working my property this weekend when I get back up there.

Really early for elk, I hope your message is heard, hold off till spring please!  The more popular shed hunting gets, they more pressure on the herds too early.  Good luck this year all, be patient.

I didn't get a close enough look to see if he was broke off.  Maybe he just got his butt and antler handed to him by a big guy.  I had 7 other big bulls all still packing, they normally don't drop until february around my place and they have normally moved up higher when they do drop.

Let's go chase all the elk and deer to death!  :bash:

Good grief people. Wait at least until Easter

:dunno: Did you read any of the posts? Both of us are advocating to wait and be patient.

I Was out pulling a trail cam out of the jungle today and found a wonky Rosie elk shed. Weirdest one I think I’ve ever found.

All in due time, no need to put pressure on the animals, the sheds will come.

I picked up a couple old ones working on the property. Everything around my place is still packing, bucks and bulls.
