Second deer question
«
on:
March 18, 2021, 02:10:37 PM »
I'm sure this has been asked a hundred times but could anyone on here please help me out:
If I got a multi-season deer tag, could I get a muzzy deer for a first deer followed by using modern using a second deer permit tag? I want to say I tried to put in for this on the website a couple years ago and it didn't let me. Or, do both deer (assuming drawing a second deer tag) need to be with the same weapon even if you have a multi-season tag?
Thanks for the help! Again!

With multiseason tag you cans apply for any of the second deer tags. So yes, you could shoot a deer during muzzy season with your multiseason tag, and if you drew a modern rifle second deer tag, hunt that tag too during its season.
