They do suck.  Returned a pair of binoculars in December and waited 45 days for the $1,500 refund.   Can’t call them, they don’t answer.  Can’t email cause they give a generic response.   Wasn’t until I threatened legal action through their Facebook account that I miraculously got the refund.

I will never do business with them again.

Thanks. I have a funeral to attend this weekend and a day date with Mrs. Pianoman on Sunday. I wouldn't be able to get up there just yet.

I called last Saturday and canceled an order, I was only on hold for maybe a minute before someone answered.

Good for them, but I’ll never be a customer.  Perhaps they are focusing on customer service now that most internet reviews are trending sharply downward.    I canceled my order too, but the binos still shipped and I ended up in the mess I experienced.  Hope you don’t experience the same.

Cameralandny if you want customer service and competitive prices.

Love OP. Ordered some .30-06 Lapua brass in January and had it by summer. What's not to love?

I did get a rangefinder there a few years back; it was the best deal going. Then I got another 10% back in their OP bucks so that was nice.
Kindly do not attempt to cloud the issue with too many facts.

Sounds like it has really gone downhill.  I probably have ordered a couple dozen times over the years.  Shipping is slow, prices are good to great on the stuff I ordered.  I sent one thing back, took a while and got the credit.

I appreciate others posting here that the current situation is different, I will not be rolling the dice with these guys.

5% seems awfully generous of them 🤔.

Try not to spend it all in one spot.
