Some of those 76 agencies include the US Fish and Wildlife Service (federal game wardens), the National Park Service (National Park Rangers), Bureau of Indian Affairs (tribal cops), NOAA (federal fisheries enforcement), and APHIS (federal wildlife control operators/trappers.)

After reading the PDF that the link referenced I agree some agencies require the weapons and ammunition purchased since they do have L.E. but there are a few I think should not be purchasing weapons and ammo, especially some of the stuff they are purchasing other than weapons and ammo.  It seems other agencies such as the FBI or local Sheriff would be the L.E. for some of these listed agencies.  Just what are they prepping for?  If Biden wants to control us he should be limiting these agencies also.  He are some from the list with a few of the amounts spent that I don't' agree with:
