Application help!!

I know I saw on here somewhere that they were allowing the return of tags if you drew up until a week or so before the hunt. Can someone point me in the right direction of that thread? I cant seem to locate it in the regs and have looked multiple times. I ask because I have 29 Bull and 29 Quality bull points and would be heart broke to draw both. (I usually points option quality and apply for bull). I also realize the chances of this are worse than winning mega millions tonight.

On a related note...anyone hear if they've actually defined the return and reissuance process/rules?

A competent agency would have laid this all out prior to approval, but all I've heard from these clowns is they are still developing the process.

Hunting partner asked about how they plan to handle group apps if one person wants to turn theirs back, do they all have to? They don't know... Poorly thought out knee jerk reaction to a non-issue...

Unfortunately just one. It’s just been 19 years since I drew a bull tag. The poacher was before the point split so it went to all categories.

At the rate this state is going they are both essential OIL tags, I'd be putting in for both.
