Andrews creek trail head
« on: September 13, 2021, 12:32:08 PM »
Just heard Andrews creek trail head opened up to the Pasayten. Is this a popular access spot for guides? A lot of horses get used on this trail?

Yes this is a VERY popular trailhead for both Outfitters and non outfitters, Hunting season will almost be parking by reservation

There might be a few less folks there this year because of the fear it was closed.

In my experience, yes this trailhead can get extremely busy with both foot traffic and horses this time of year. As Bone said though, this year could be different with the fires and people wanting to play it safe and/or still thinking its closed.

I do know that Cascade Wilderness Outfitting uses the Andrews Creek Trail head to take in several high hunt Camps,

Just curious, is this trail as crowded in general as it is high buck?
