I believe Tuesday.

The agency in charge of the search is Kittitas County Sheriff's Office.  If you have any information or need to contact them, the phone number is (509) 962-7525 and their website is here: https://www.co.kittitas.wa.us/sheriff/search-and-rescue.aspx

Again, if you have any urgent info and can't reach them at that number or Yakima RCC at (509) 574-2538, call 911 and they will get the info where it needs to go.
"master" hunter - still a noob.

Not sure if this is true but heard  an elk hunter is missing out of Naches and drones are in the air..any validity  to this or anyone hear this.. hope it's not true..
Merged with the original sticky'd topic.
Pain is temporary, achieving the goal is worth it.

I didn't say it would be easy, I said it would be worth it.

Seattle Fire Department Deputy Chief Jay Schreckengost is missing in Kittitas County, according to the Yakima County Sheriff’s Office.

Schreckengost was last seen at the Squaw Rock RV Resort and Campground in Naches, where he stayed to go hunting, according to family.

A state fish and wildlife official found his truck in Kittitas County on Forest Service 1703 Road.

Kittitas County is assisting with the search, using a drone with thermal imaging and two trail dogs to locate him.

According to Seattle Fire, a group of Seattle firefighters have travelled to Eastern Washington to assist in the search.

My prayers he is found safe.
