Missing Elk Hunter-1703 rd, Area of focus between Gold Creek and Milk Creek
Drives an early 2000 Ford crew cab with Canopy, all Red. See attached.
Vehicle located, I am on scene, 100+ searchers, late yesterday dog gave indication on steep terrain dropping off slope into milk creek. Saturday search to focus on the area west of devils slide. Numerous ground and air assets working yesterday. Thanks to all and hoping our weather window holds out another day. Today I will be safety so hoping we can avoid any incidents/injuries to search crews.

Crap
I really hope he’s cutting up a spike in a hell hole and just figuring out how to get outta there.
Hope this ends well. I can’t imagine having a lost friend/family member. One of my worst nightmares.

Actually last coordinates show up near/in the rock creek unit of Oak Creek Wildlife area. Up spring Creek North of Whistlin’ Jacks. Heard there was a truck up there matching his description.

Yakima Search and Rescue and Central Washington Mountain Rescue are deployed as of earlier today.
If you have any info on the missing hunter, please contact the Rescue Coordination Center at 509-574-2538. If no one answers, call 911 and they will get the info to the teams in the field.
I am a member of YSO SAR and CWMR and would be out looking myself but an injury is keeping me home.
