The whole concept of the Discover Pass is outrageous and unconsitutional IMO.

Charging taxpaying citizens a fee to set foot on wide open PUBLIC publically owned land- what a brilliant idea to raise revenue.  How about a parking fee for parking in your own driveway?

Repeal it, yes!
You don’t need a discover pass to walk in the park.
You do to park there, then$10. to be there! Riverside State park  in Nine Mile falls.

Had a hearing but didn't get a committee vote. It's dead.

My opinion about the general fund is that is has enough money to fund what the Discover Pass has been doing.  Every time a Washington FFL transfers a semiautomatic rifle to an unlicensed resident, the state gets $18.000 that is supposed to be deposited into the general fund.

Too bad. My senator helped write it. Lynda Wilson.

When has a bunch of liberals eliminated a tax once in place? Honest question.

Never. They only increase them.
