Take Frank's Original sauce. And put it in a sauce pan.
Dice up some jalapeños and hubaneros, add to sauce,
Add half a stick of butter and simmer for atleast half an hour
Fry your wings up and add to the sauce,. Place a on a platter and enjoy.

I am not a fan of wings that are cooked then added to sauce in a bowl after.
I much prefer to marinade them, then Grill the wings with the marinade on them.
My current go to is McCormick's Grill Mates Mesquite Marinade (not the rub) wings taste so much better having the flavor cooked in.

The ones we’ve been doing for a year now. Sweet at first and then a nice little burn. Straight outta Tennessee.

This!  The wings come out crispy and the flavor is penetrated in.
I put them on the smoker and they turn out phenomenal.

Red Devil makes good wings....Sometimes my wife will mix in some Sweet baby rays BBQ sauce with the red devil...amazing! Another sauce that is pretty darn good is the Sweet baby rays buffalo sauce. We usually rotate these 3 flavors. All are wonderful. The Red devil is very key to getting the flavor right on the first two. Red Devil became hard to find a while back and we tried substituting with other sauces. They were ok...but Red Devil is what we prefer. Glad it showed back up in the supermarket.

Mine is pretty similar to the Franks one.  But I go with about 1/3 butter to 2/3 frank's and start off by sauteeing garlic in the butter, then adding frank's, and then add some chipotle chili powder in there.  Fry wings in peanut oil, drain, toss, eat.  Cleaning the fryer is a PIA so I only get around to it a couple times a year.

Frank's Red Hot and melted butter, equal proportions.

My own homemade fire sauce I call it and butter.  If you put anything on the wings before frying them, you have already ruined them.  Throw them away and start over the proper way.

Thai sweet chili sauce

I was just going to post a question about Thai sweet chili, which I much prefer to Buffalo Sauce. Do you have a recommendation or a recipe?
