Just heard from shanequa that the commission took away multi season permits because it promotes the killing of animals!!!

Just heard from shanequa that the commission took away multi season permits because it promotes the killing of animals!!! 


I heard they were making most GMU's "Unicorn Only" -- meaning that it has to be a true spike 1X0.  All other elk taken will be subject to a $15 fine.  And the hide, with evidence of sex attached to the sole spike, must be presented to a wildlife official at their offices for inspection the day before the kill.
