Just heard from shanequa that the commission took away multi season permits because it promotes the killing of animals!!! I heard they were making most GMU's "Unicorn Only" -- meaning that it has to be a true spike 1X0. All other elk taken will be subject to a $15 fine. And the hide, with evidence of sex attached to the sole spike, must be presented to a wildlife official at their offices for inspection the day before the kill.
