I highly doubt it, last redraw they did it was because of a tag allotment issue I believe

There's no confusion. It's like this every year with things trickling in a little at a time, until the official notification is sent out.

That's for the disabled hunter road access program. Been around forever but I've not seen it as an option online until now.

I understand that is a disabled access but its for unit 490. Isn't 490 seattle watershed and no entry allowed according to wdfw? I am confused about that.
