Has anyone seen this yet?  I came across it last night.  Steve Rinella uncovered it somehow.

Its starting to feel like the beaver is becoming the cute cuddly mascot for drastic environmental policy.

I'm pretty sure I recently read an article about beavers moving into federal lands in northern Alaska, and they are accelerating climate change.

In Washington  60ish nusance  beaver were transported to the mountains only to be killed and eaten by cougars. I belive the Meat Eater article hit it on the head. This is anti trapping and has nothing to do with science.
In archery we have something like the way of the superior man. When the archer misses the center of the target, he turns round and seeks for the cause of his failure in himself.

Here is what I think.  Joe should sign it and put in clause that the "Anti Environmental Groups" have to "Pay" every complaint from ever county in all 50 states and be fore the program goes into effect the Environmental Groups have to put up lets say a small amount of money around 900 billion.  I would bet all i.e. hunting, fishing, trapping, gun grabber, of this anti crap would come to an end.

I have been in the ADC/WCO business some 40 years now.  I have seen billions of property damage over those years.
