Got drawn for the late muzzy tag just curious to see what others have gotten during this season or experiences on deer behavior at that time of year

Probably the best Blues whitetail permits. Full on rut time.

Should be a good tag but won't be easy mostly big country over there and those white tails are skiddish for smoke guns. I'd hope for snow and ground blind with alfalfa if it was me

I hunt this area during general season, and I have to imagine it’s going to be great during November with only 50 tags.  I drew also and am really looking forward to the hunt!

Had that tag a few years back the rifle one. It was fun, should have slotted more time to hunt it right. Got a decent three pt. Lots of deer around but if I had it again I'd alot a full week to try and find a bigger buck

I’ve got the rifle tag also. Lots of private. Should be fun.

Whitetail took a hard hit with blue tongue summer of 21. Saw hardly any in 21 and a few more last year. Definitely on the mend. I got the tag too @trophyhunt so feel free to pm if you want to chat. We camp up higher in the tucannon but plenty of campgrounds and last resort has rv hookups

I was in there a few years ago. I think it was the same year butter was. 3 of us drew rifle tags  again this year. I may be over for all 10 days!

That's where i hunt - muzzle. They will be in full rut, but the white tail have been hit hard with blue tongue. Mostly private - I would start knocking on doors now. Feel free to PM me. Good luck.
