I think this is a pretty fair breakdown from the pics. I would personally add quite a bit more to the spread. I think it's a bit easier to get a reasonable judgement without a hunter sitting 3' behind him playing camera tricks! Here are 2 more of him (not the best, his cows were feeding at the cam and he was off in the distance) but gives different perspective. Few more weeks, we'll have to see which way he gets pushed.  :dunno:

I think the royals are closer to 15 than 20 and the mains won’t break 50. Go out the smack down on him and let us know what he scores.

Unless you are the one that spent 10’s of thousands for the auction tag, I’m not sure why anyone else would ask “shooter or naw” :twocents: :dunno:

I'm guessing roughly 250............

Pounds of fantastic elk meat, I totally suck at scoring  :hello:

I would hang him on my wall

So I talked with the OP earlier this year when he posted pics of this bull on the general area of this bull elk. The reasoning was that we harvested this bull in 2013. I would say genetically they are related. As for the area these bull are at least 30 mile apart from each other as a crow flys.

That’s an amazing bull, any tag .. it’s sheds may be around or it’s genetics.

They collared him a month before the season so there was no data. They didn’t really want us eating him do to the tranquilizer used.
