Why don’t they put that on the back burner and purchase a large tract of the land access they lost in Klickitat county?  Grey squirrels should work for a reason.

If I remember right, they are mandated to purchase land, done to them by the liberal legislature years ago!

Thanks for posting the article.  Was just checking to see if a thread already existed.

WDFW has extended the comments period through 12/7 via email.  I didn't find an online comment section.

Looks like two properties in Skagit and one in Whatcom if anyone else is in my neck of the woods has input for them.  I liked the individual site presentations for each location.   It would be nice to see estimated value/cost but understand it may be a bit early in the procurement phase.
