Quick attach Bipod options

I am looking for a quick attach bipod for my hunting rifle. I have an old school Harris the I keep in my pack but it is heavy and not quick to install. What are some options? Thanks fro any info

I looked at the Spartan Pro Hunt Tactical model and I like the concept, but the height was limited. They sell legs to attach and extend the height, but they are expensive and appeared time consuming to set up.

I really like my hatch bipod. Quick to attach/detach via a picatinny rail. Has all the adjustability from 6” to 27 or 36” depending on the model you want. Legs deploy quietly, easily adjust to what ever height you need. Weighs a little more than a pound. They’re made in idaho; the only down side is the price. They are expensive.

Another vote for spartan of an ultralight removeable bipod. Though if you will use it all year on the range as well, then atlas is the way to go.

I know this topic is quick attach bipod.
If I had a quick attach I might be more about it.
I've put one on the gun,then take off ,and put it on.
Any who I've just decided that I'll just shoot off a tripod if needed.
I've been trying out a new tripod for a few months.
The bog pod I had been using took a dump one day,so decided to give this one a try.
I'm really digging it. It will go very low to shoot prone.
It folds up small enough that it fits in a day pack.
Goes from tripod on the bottom,to mono on the top,I can still put my binos on it all that.

About half the cost of a bog pod.

Wiser precision clip and stixs combo especially if you already have the trekking poles

I really enjoy my Spartan Javelin. bought it this year and used it for muzzleloader elk, blacktail and Montana mule deer. Plus, even though they are a European company, they still offer mil/le/gov discount.

Listened to an old Shoot2Hunt podcast with the Spartan Precision owner and it sounded like they were working with Unknown Munitions on production in the US for the Javelin bipod. Not sure if that ever happened or is still in the works.

Reason I like it too is I just have to buy the one bipod. Then I can buy the $40 adapter/receiver for any other rifle and use the bipod on it too.

I used to use a Javelin, but didn’t really care for the slop in the magnetic mount, or the fact it was a pain to leave on my rifle if I wanted to since it doesn’t fold.

I don’t understand the “I only have to buy one bipod and then I can just put mounts on my other guns” argument for them.

With my Evolution (or other pic rail bipods), all I have to do is buy a $20 pic rail for all my rifles.

Heck, with a Harris, you can move it from rifle to rifle since they most likely all have a sling stud.

That's pretty much where I'm at too.
Sometimes I'm in the 100 yard timber sneaking.
Not gonna carry a bunch of stuff.
If I'm hunting clearcuts or open country then I throw the tripod in my day pack .

Yes the one cheapo I do have is a sling stud mount.

What's the difference? You're adding a mounting surface for the bipod either way.
