I hope there will be an injunction issued before this goes into effect on July 1st, 2025.

Welcome to My Little Russia, WA state!  Thanks, ALL you voters who cast for D's!!  They've been operating like this for decades.

You can be "exempt" from this bill if you sell less then one firearm a month!!   Let that sink in!! :o

Know your enemy's!!
anymore there's not many firearms that fall under $1000. So your business is only allowed to sell one firearm a month?

Since it affects all gun stores in Wahington it might happen. Counties n eastern Washington have judges that aren't closet nazi party members.

If I need a permit and education to buy a firearm than women should need a permit and education  before getting an abortion.

Voting for Democrats is prima facie evidence you are a skirt wearing, low T, beta male. Do better.

Also does nothing zero nada zilch for public safety. I pretty much think they are mentally impaired if they think it does. All my letters always say for safety that will work is prosecute and keep em in prison.

I think the thing that’s most infuriating to me, aside from our 2nd amendment rights constantly being chipped away, is that this will only affect small businesses trying to make an honest living. Meanwhile legitimate criminals are being turned back onto the street on a daily basis because they pick and choose which laws they want to enforce. And you can bet your ass this will be one they choose to enforce. That is if there’s any FFL’s left in WA…

All these legislative "laws" are ways to "get" guys that otherwise are minding their own business.
Transfer laws, storage laws, mag cap law's etc...they aren't being charged on the multiple shootings that occur everyday in Washington.... it's just feel good legislation to have in their back pocket when they want to go after the average pro 2a guy/gal when nothing else will stick.

They are also using all these laws as deterrents to owning a gun. They want it so complicated that many will just give up. Certainly as shooters pass , family will just say it’s not worth the trouble and slowly but surely Gun ownership will fade away.
