We eat bangers and mash in elk camp but I never knew it was Irish - I always thought it was an English pub thingI slow cooked a piece of corned beef on the pellet grill and thought it turned out good. I paired it with some garlic potatoes and apple slices. I think ill run what's left through the grinder with an onion and make some hash out of it.
I think the Irish can probably claim anything with potatoes being a major component of the meal
