Pacific Northwest - The Beautiful Cookbook
« on: February 21, 2026, 09:04:39 AM »
Cooking is sort of therapeutic passion. Turning my fish and game bounty into fine meals is so satisfying. Ive had this book for 30 years. Many remarkable recipes. Cherished family favorites and special meal memories abound.

Curious who else has this book and some of your favorites.
The lazy do not roast any game, but the diligent feed on the riches of the hunt.
